Ghorashal 110 MW Gas Power Plant (Unit 1&2), also known as Ghorashal Power Station (Unit I-II), was a Gas Turbine (GT) power plant situated in Ghorashal under Palash Upazila in Narsingdi District of Bangladesh (Location: 23.9741, 90.6345). It was sponsored by Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) as a State-owned Power Plant (SOPP) for 25 years. The first unit of the power power plant started its commercial operation on 16 June 1974 while the second unit on 13 February 1976. According to the schedule, the first unit was to retire on 15 June 1999 and the second unit on 12 February 2001. But both of the units are operated till 2020 although a retirement date was set as 1999 and 2001.

The installed (gross) capacity of the power plant is 110 MW.
