It was proposed by the Consortium of Zhejiang DunAn New Energy Co. Ltd, China National Machinery Import and Export Corporation (CMC), Solar Tech Power Ltd and Amity Solar Ltd, as a private Independent Power Producer (IPP) for 20 years. A
